    Adjust a top rack and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place butter in a small microwave-safe bowl to come to room temperature. wash and dry all produce. Cut potatoes into 1/2-inck-thick wedges. Thinly slice tomato into rounds; season with sal and pepper .

    Toss potatoes on a baking sheet with a large drizzle of cooking oil , fry seasonaing , garlic powder , salt, and pepper. Roast on top rack auntil browned and tenders, 25-30 minutes.

    While potatoes roast, heat a large dry pan over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook, turn occasionally, until cricspy, 6-10 minutes. Note: pork is full cooked when internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Turn off heat; transfer to paper towel lined plate. Discard oil.

    Pat chichen cutlets dry with paper towels and season all over with remaining fry seasoning. If needed, add a drizzle of cooking oil to the same pan. Then cook chicken until browned and cooked through, 3-5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.

    While chicken cooks, stir remaining garlic powder and a pinch of salt into butter bowl until combined. Halve potato buns . Spread garlic butter on cut sides. Place buns, cut sides down, in pan over medium-low heat, toast until golden, about 2 minutes.

    While buns toast, combing mayonnaise , smoky mustard , and water in a small bowl .

    Soak non-toasted sides with sharpened butter. Fill buns with chicken, bacon, and tomato. Divide sanwicheswit with the potatoes and serve with extra smoky mustard sauce.
